摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,高等院校多年扩招积累了就业压力越来越大,在严峻的就业形势下,加强大学生思想政治教育工作更显重要,本文结合大学生就业阶段的特点与实际情况,提出针对毕业阶段大学生进行深度辅导工作时可能出现的问题,进行细致分析,提出基于大学生就业阶段开展深度辅导工作的创新模式,提出解决问题的对策。
In the wake of reformation with educational constitution have been going deep into in CHINA.The pressure to obtain employment become more and more serious because institution of higher learning,in recent years,recruited a lot of students.In the shadow of severe employment situation it is very impotant for us that we should enhance work point which is consciousness of political ideology.The artical combine characteristic of undergraduate to take up an occupation with actual case to put forward many possible appearing issue when we do about deep tutorship work mode during graduation then analysis it and come up with a new opinion and countermeasure based on the exploration of deep tutorship work in view of undergraduate to take up an occupation.
