水泥窑协同处置DDT废物的工厂试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 对水泥窑协同处置DDT废物技术进行了工厂规模的试验研究。通过控制DDT废物投加速率,考察了水泥窑协同处置DDT废物的焚毁去除率(DRE)和烟气排放状况,及其对水泥产品质量的影响。结果表明,在DDT废物投加速率控制在1.0 t/h以下时,DDT的焚毁去除率达99.999 996 2%以上,烟气中二英浓度的平均排放值远低于标准限值(0.1 ng I-TEQ/Nm3)要求。此外,水泥窑协同处置DDT废物对烟气排放和熟料产品质量未造成不利影响。 A plant test of co-processing of DDT waste in cement kiln was carried out.The destruction removal efficiency(DRE) of DDT,the stack emission state and their effects on cement quality were studied by controlling different DDT waste feeding rates.The results suggested that the DRE of DDT could be up to 99.999 996 2% when DDT waste feeding rate was controlled at less than 1.0 t/h,and the average PCDD/Fs concentration of flue gas was far lower than the national limit of 0.1 ng I-TEQ/Nm3.Furthermore,the co-processing of the DDT waste had no remarkable negative influences on either the flue gas emission or the cement product quality.
