摘要
从品种资源角度研究了棉花黄萎病菌侵害对陆地棉品种主要性状的影响。在黄萎病菌侵害下 ,单株结铃数、果枝数大幅度减少 ,单株结铃数分布明显发生变化。黄萎病菌侵害改变了一些性状的相关关系。由非侵害状态下单株结铃数与衣分的正相关、与籽指的负相关改变为侵害状态下与衣分的相关不显著 ,与籽指呈显著正相关 ;在黄萎病菌侵害与非侵害状态下果枝数、单株结铃数及衣分相关不显著 ,而单铃重。
The changes of major charactes were studied for upland cotton infected by verticillium dahliae. The number of bolls per plant and fruit branches infected by wilt disease were less than that on the condition of no-infection and there were obvious changes for bolls distribution per plant. The correlation of some characters was changed. The bolls per plant were a significant positive correlation with lint percent and a negative correlation with seed index on the condition of no-infection while it were not significant correlation with lint percent and positive correlation with seed index under infected condition. Whether infection or no-infection,there were no correlation with fruit branches?bolls per plant and lint percent, however, a significantly positive correlation is existed between boll weight?seed index and fiber length.
