2012年KDIGO紫癜性肾炎临床实践指南解读 被引量：9

摘要 2012年改善全球肾脏病预后组织（KDIGO）正式发表了肾小球肾炎的临床实践指南,其中包括紫癜性肾炎,其主要内容为儿童紫癜性肾炎的治疗.紫癜性肾炎是儿科临床常见疾病,中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏病学组亦制定了紫癜性肾炎的诊治循证指南.因此,本文就紫癜性肾炎KDIGO指南进行解读,并与国内的指南进行比较.国内紫癜性肾炎的指南对于临床实践具有更好的指导作用,相对而言,紫癜性肾炎KDIGO指南过于简单,对于临床应用有一定局限性.
