摘要
以儿茶素为标准对照品,使用香草醛/硫酸比色法和超微量微孔板分光光度计在500nm波长下测定并比较费菜根、茎、叶和果4个部位原花色素含量。结果表明:费菜中原花色素含量较高,不同部位差异较大,其中,根中含量为1.7%,茎中含量为0.29%,叶中含量为1.4%,果实中含量为1.2%,不同部位原花色素含量根>叶>果>茎;叶片作为费菜主要的食用部位,原花色素含量较高,具有较好的营养价值。
It is aimed to determine the content of proanthocyanidin in the root, stem,leaf and seed of Sedum aizoon L by vanillin assay and detect the content of the 4 parts by high performance mieroplate spectrophotometer, at 500 nm wavelength and catethin for standard to quantitate. The results indicated that the contents of proanthocyanidin of Sedum aizoon L. were abundant. The differences of contents of proanthocyanidin among different parts of Sedum aizoon L. were large. The percentages on the dry weight of proanthocyanidin in the root,stem,leaf and seed of Sedum aizoon I.. were 1.7%, 0.29%, 1.4%, 1.2% respectively,and root2〉leaf;seed〉stem. The analyzed results of proanthocyanidin indicated that Sedum aizoon L. leaf had high nutritional values.
