摘要
用综合热分析法对碳化水泥石粉末进行热分析,结合差示扫描热量(DSC)曲线,用热重法(T G)定量分析碳化水泥石中CaCO3和Ca(OH)2的含量。该方法快速、方便,且受环境和人为因素的影响较小、测试结果稳定准确。CaCO 3含量的测试结果与化学分析法的测试结果相比偏小,但相对偏差均在2%以内。该方法可作为水泥石及混凝土碳化研究的主要方法或辅助方法使用。
The carbonized cement pastes powder was analysised by synthetical thermal analysis, and the contents of calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide were determinated in the carbonized cement pastes powder by thermogravimetry (TG) ,combined differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The method is rapid,convenient,and the test result is stable and accurate as a result of affected smaller by environmental and artificial factors. The test result of contents of calcium carbonate is smaller by thermogravimetry than Chemical analysis,but relative deviations are within 2%. This method can be used as the primary method or auxiliary method to research carbonation of cement pastes and concrete.
