溶剂浮选分离富集雪莲中的黄酮

Separation and Enrichment of Flavone in Saussurea Involucrata by Solvent Sublation

摘要 采用溶剂浮选法分离富集雪莲提取液中黄酮类化合物。考察了浮选溶剂、氮气流速、试液pH、浮选时间及电解质N aC1等因素对浮选效率的影响,优选出最佳浮选条件;对最佳条件下的浮选结果进行了评价,并与溶剂萃取法进行了对照。结果表明:前者明显优于后者。 Flavone in Saussurea involucrata were separated and enriched by solvent sublation. The effect of solvent, nitrogen flow rate. pH of the solution, sublation time and NaC1 on the sublation efficiency was investigated. The optimal condition of solvent sublation was obtained. The optimal solvent sublation was evaluated. The results showed that solvent sublation had the obvious advantages compared with the solvent extraction.
