摘要
针对目前液压支架连杆扭矩计算存在的问题,以掩护梁各点力与力矩平衡参数图为基础,依据连杆受扭时扭转角相等为前提,建立了连杆刚度与连杆扭矩的平衡方程组,并以推演的方程组为理论基础验算了ZY9000/53/25支撑掩护式液压支架连杆扭转相关数据,论证了准确地计算连杆扭矩及轴向力对连杆可靠性设计的重要性。
In accordance with the torque calculation problem of hydraulic support linkage, based on parametric graph of force and torque balance about shield beam, according to the theory of torsion angle equivalent on linkage torsion, established balance equations of linkage rigidity and torque, the data related torque about ZY9000/53/25 hydraulic support has been provided using the deduced equations, demonstrated the importance of accurately calculate the linkage torque and force for the linkage reliability.
