摘要
根据主汽温热工对象特性,集成多种先进算法,提出基于特性补偿的智能主汽温控制技术,有效克服汽温系统的滞后和惯性。通过在某1000 MW火力发电机组中的应用,证实该技术在变负荷和稳态工况下均对主汽温有较为理想的控制效果,经济效益和社会效益都相当可观。
According to the properties of main steam temperature, this paper puts forward a main steam temperature intelligent control technology based on characteristics compensation. The technology integrates several advanced algorithms, effectively eliminates lag and inertia in temperature system. Application in a 1000MW thermal power generating unit indicates that the technology has ideal control effect in both variable load and steady state condition. It brings considerable economic and social benefits.
