摘要
中老缅泰湄公河安全合作机制是一新生事物,已经引起了四国政府的高度关注,并纷纷加大了对湄公河区域的战略投入。在四国安全合作机制中各方关注的利益重点各不相同。未来湄公河"金三角"流域一带安全形势依然严峻。四国安全合作机制有待完善。
The Mekong Security Cooperation Mechanism where are among Laos, Burma and Thailand is a new established framework, which have already attracted intensive concern from outside or inside Mekong re- gion and have expand the strategic devotion to this region. In Mekong safety cooperation mechanism, the concerns of four countries are different to each other. In the future, the safety situation of the Mekong ＂Gold Triangle＂ river basin will remain severe. The Security Cooperation Mechanism needs working lot in making it more successful.
