摘要
通过对实测数据的分析,总结了大体积混凝土温控过程容易出现的一些典型问题,如温度回升、温差过大、降温幅度和速率超标、封拱温度的确定等问题。结合现场的施工情况和工程数据,研究了引起问题的主要原因和对工程质量的影响。分析了现场施工人员针对这些问题所采取的具体措施及处理效果,对这些问题的解决方法进行了总结,提出了一些建议,为今后工程的施工提供了一定的数据支持和技术指导。
Some typical problems of massive concrete temperature controlling process such as temperature rise, big tem- perature difference, cooling-extent and cooling-rate exceeding the limit, arch closing temperature setting down are sum- marized through the analysis of on-site measured date. Combining with the site data, the major reasons leading to the problems and the impact on project quality are studied. Measures carried out on construction site and the effects are ana- lyzed and summarized. Some suggestions are presented, which provides data support and technical guidance for future construction project.
