摘要 用含不同浓度铜离子的1/2 Hoagland培养液培育水生植物水鳖,研究含不同浓度铜离子的培养液对水鳖生物量、水鳖叶绿素浓度、水鳖叶绿素a/b值的影响,以及所引起的水鳖净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率的变化情况。结果显示,随着培养液中铜离子浓度的增加,水鳖生物量呈下降趋势,水鳖生物量在ρ(Cu2+)=5.0mg/L的培养液内一直呈负增长,水鳖叶绿素浓度也呈下降趋势。说明随着培养液中铜离子浓度的升高,水鳖的正常生长受到影响,叶绿素的合成减少,从而使水鳖的净光合速率和气孔导度呈下降趋势。 Hydrocharis dubia (B1.) grown in a 1/2 Hoagland growth medium with different Cu2+ concentrations was studied to investigate the effects of Cu2+ on the biomass gain and photosynthesis of Hydrocharis dubia ( B1. ). The amounts of chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, and transpiration rate were also investigated. The results show that the biomass gain decreased with the increase of the Cu2+ concentration and a biomass decrease occurred in Hydrocharis dubia (B1.) grown in the medium with p ( Cu2+ ) = 5.0 mg/L. The amounts of chlorophyll decreased with the increase of the Cu2+ concentration as well, indicating that the synthesis of chlorophyll was impaired by Cu2+due to the effects of Cu2+ on the growth of Hydrocharis dubia ( B1. ), which resulted in the decrease of the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance.
