摘要
辽宁职业学院园林、园艺专业探索实施了"项目化、双课堂"人才培养模式。该模式以校企合作为基础,以职业岗位能力培养为主线,在调研和研讨基础上,制定实施专业人才培养方案。构建该模式的具体措施是:重构专业课程体系,制定专业人才培养方案和课程标准,不断更新课程内容,推进教学模式改革,完善课程评价体系,强化课程管理。
Park and gardening major in Liaoning Vocational College explores the implementation of talents＇ training mode with project and double-classroom. Based on college-enterprise combination, this mode takes the cultivation of vocational post ability as the main line. On the basis of survey and discussion, it makes professional talents＇ training scheme. The specific measure of establishing this mode is to reconstruct professional curriculum system, make professional talents＇ training scheme and curriculum standard, update curriculum content, advance the reform of teaching mode, perfect curriculum evaluation system and strengthen curriculum management.
