摘要
目的 观察不同剂量布比卡因浸润麻醉对小鼠切口愈合的影响.方法 将昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、布比卡因12.5 mg·kg-1、25 mg·kg-1和50 mg·kg-1(B12.5、B25、B50)组.B12.5组、B25组和B50组分别于切皮前10 min以相应剂量的布比卡因进行局部浸润麻醉,NS组注射等溶积生理盐水.测量术后72 h各组小鼠的切口长度并计算切口愈合天数和每天切口累计愈合率.结果 与NS组相比,72 h后B12.5组、B25组的切口长度均缩短(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);B25组与B12.5组、B50组相比,切口长度缩短更为显著(P〈0.05).B12.5组、B25组和B50组切口愈合天数均短于NS组,其中B25组愈合天数最短,B12.5组次之,B50组最长.B12.5组、B25组和B50组每天切口累计愈合率均高于NS组,其中B25组最高.结论 12.5 mg·kg-1、25 mg·kg-1布比卡因对小鼠切口愈合有促进作用,50 mg·kg-1布比卡因无明显的促进作用.
Objective To observe the effect of local infiltration anesthesia with different doses of bupivacaine on inci- sion healing in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 10 each) : normal saline (NS) group, bupivacaine 12.5 mg · kg^-1, 25 mg · kg^-1 and 50 mg . kg^-1 (B12.5, B25, Bs0) groups, 10 min before incising skin corresponding dose of bupivacaine was administered for local infiltration anesthesia in B12.5, B25 and B50 group, while NS was administered in NS group. The length of incision was measured 72 h after the operation and the incision healing time and daily cumulative incision healing rate were calculated in each group. Results Compared with NS group, the length of incision shortened in B12 5 and B25 group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) 72 h after the operation. Compared with B12.5 and Bs0 group, the length of incision shortened more obviously in B25 group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incision healing time in B12 5 , B25 and B s0 group was less than NS group, among them B2s group was the shorterst, B12 5 group followed, B50 group was the longest. Daily cumulative incision healing rate in B12.5, Be5 and Bso group was higher than NS group, of which the B25 group was the highest. Conclusion 12.5 rag · kg^-1 and 25 mg · kg^-1 bupivacaine have a promoting effect on inci- sion healing in mice, while 50 mg o kg^-1 bupivacaine has no obvious promoting effect on incision healing.
