摘要
国家奖助学金制度是为了帮助困难学生,奖励优秀学生,保持教育事业公平的发展。如何把国家的这批财力用到真正需要的学生身上,并起到激励和育人的作用,这是值得广大辅导员思考与关注的。文章从辅导员的角度出发,收集一手资料,深入调查研究,通过数据分析学生的家庭经济状况,剖析学生申请助学金的态度,并对国家奖学金、励志奖学金和助学金配置情况进行分析,从而提出切实有效的改进措施。
National scholarship system is to help poor students, to reward outstanding students, and to keep the development of education fairness. How to make the fi.tll use of the money, and how to educate students, are worthy questions. From the instructor＇s perspective, this paper collects first-hand information, in-depth investigation and study, analyzes the data of students＇ family economic status, dissects students＇ attitude of applying scholarship, and examines the allocation of the national scholarship and grant and to put forward the practical effective measures for improvement.
