摘要
为实现棉花水分的智能化检测要求,设计了一种以STC89C52RC单片机为核心的棉花水分检测仪,介绍了仪器的组成及工作原理,进行了系统的硬件和软件设计及调试。通过选择合适电路元件,改进设计方法,该检测仪满足棉花水分智能化检测的可靠性、快速性、稳定性要求。
In order to achieve intelligent detection of cotton moisture content, the cotton moisture meter was designed based on a STC89C52RC microcontroller, the composition and working principle of the instrument were introduced and the hardware and software system have been designed and debugged. By choosing the appropriate circuit element, the improvement of the design method, the reliability, rapidity and stability of cotton moisture intelligent detection meet the requirement.
