视网膜色素上皮腺癌一例

摘要 患者男，57岁。因左眼红痛、视物不见伴同侧头痛3天于2010年9月16日入院。半年前开始左眼视力无痛性进行下降。眼部检查：视力：右眼0.3左眼：无光感；左眼球结膜混合性充血，角膜水肿混浊，前房变浅、水混，瞳孔直径5.5mm光反射消失，眼底窥不清。
