摘要
为了研究热处理制度对GH4169冷轧叶片组织性能的影响,对GH4169合金经不同变形量冷轧后在不同温度下进行软化处理,采用金相显微镜及拉力试验机等分析热处理软化温度对合金再结晶、δ相、γ''相、γ'相及性能的影响.试验结果表明,GH4169合金经不同变形量冷变形后,软化处理温度由970℃提高到995℃,不但可以实现完全再结晶,而且δ相可以完全溶入基体,有效降低了合金硬度,有利于冷变形的继续进行,且对合金力学性能无影响.
To study the effect of heat treatment on microstructure and property of GH4169 cold rolling blade, the effects of heat treatment temperature on the recrystallization, δ, γ, γ' phase and mechanical properties of GH4169 alloy under different deformation conditions were studied using optical microssopy and tensile testing machine. The results show that the increase of heat treatment temperature from 970 ℃ to 995 ℃ has a positive effect on recrystallization and complete dissolution of 8 phase under different deformation conditions, reduces the hardness of alloy, is helpful to deformation and has no influence on mechanical properties.
