摘要
重点介绍了与国外开发的二氨基二甲硫基甲苯(E–300)扩链剂结构和性质相近的2,4–二氨基–3,5–二甲硫基氯苯(TX–2)扩链剂的结构、性质及其在合成聚氨酯(脲)弹性体中的应用,同时简单介绍了2,4–二氨基–5–巯基甲苯(TX–1)、2,4–二氨基–3–甲硫基–5–丙基甲苯(TX–3)和亚甲基双邻甲硫基N–甲基苯胺(TX–4)的结构、性质及应用。用TX–2作扩链剂制备的弹性体的力学性质可与E–300体系的弹性体相媲美,且TX–2体系明显比E–300体系价格低,因而具有成本优势。
The structure, properties and application in preparing polyurethane(urea) elastomers of 2,4-diamino- 3,5-dimethylthiochlorobenzene (TX-2) chain extender of which structure and properties are similar to the diamino dimethylthiotoluene (E-300) chain extender developed abroad are emphatically introduced. Meanwhile, the structure, properties and applications of 2,4-diamino-5-mercaptotoluene (TX- 1), 2,4-diamino-3-methylthio-5-propyltoluene (TX-3) and methylene bis(o-methylthio) N-methylaniline (TX-4) are briefly introduced. The mechanical properties of the elastomer prepared using TX-2 as chain extender can be compared favorably with such elastomer prepared using E-300 as chain extender, and the price of TX-2 system is significantly lower than that of E-300 system, therefore TX-2 system has advantage of the cost.
