双侧去骨瓣减压在重型颅脑外伤术中急性脑膨出的应用探讨 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察双侧去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑外伤术中急性脑膨出的临床效果。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例接受双侧去骨瓣减压治疗,对照组38例接受单侧去骨瓣减压治疗。结果治疗组和对照组预后良好率分别为29%和10%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组病死率分别为29%和58%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组患者术后颅内压明显低于术前(P<0.01),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双侧去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑外伤术中急性脑膨出综合效价明显高于单侧去骨术,值得临床推广应用。
