摘要
为了改善木素基乳化剂的乳化性能,用数理统计方法对各种影响因素进行了筛选和优化。首先用正交试验考察了木素基乳化剂和四种添加剂对表面张力的影响,然后选取正交试验的最佳参数值作为单纯形法的初始值继续优化。用12次实验获得最佳值。结果表明,将正交试验与改进单纯形法结合起来进行配方优化,特别适用于多因子间有交互作用的体系,能用较少次数试验,迅速获得最佳配方。
In order to improve the emulsifying property of lignin base emulsifier, all kinds of influential factors were selected and optimized by mathmatical statistics. First, the influences of lignin base emulsifier and four additives on surface tension were observed by orthogonal test. Then, the best parameter value of orthogonal test was selected as the initial value of the improved simplex method optimizing continuously. The best result was obtained by twelve times experiments. The result shows that the optimizing method combining orthogonal test with improved simplex method is especially suitable for the system which multifactors act on each other, and the best formula Can be obtained by fewer times of experiments.
