摘要
目的建立快速准确测定饮用水中砷的方法。方法用氢化物原子吸收与氢化物原子荧光两种方法检测饮用水中砷含量。结果在选定的最佳仪器条件下,氢化物原子吸收法与氢化物原子荧光法测定饮用水中砷的检出限分别为3.030μg/L和0.027μg/L,RSD分别为0.89%和0.65%,凹收率分别为97.8%~103.4%。结论通过检测方法对比试验发现两种方法检测同一水样结果基本一致,均可达到快速、便捷、准确的目的。
Objective To establish a method for the rapid and accurate determination of arsenic in drinking water. Method We detect arsenic content in drinking water by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Result Under the optimal conditions selected, the detection limit of determination of arsenic in drinking water by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry were 3. 030 μg/L and 0. 027 μg/L, RSD were 0. 89% and 0. 65% , the recovery rate was 97.8% - 103.4%. Conclusion Through the contrast test method found that the two methods of detection of the same sample results are basically consistent, can achieve rapid, convenient, accurate objective.
