摘要
通过对比当前火电造价工作中普遍采用的全过程造价管理模式与全新的全生命周期造价管理模式的不同特点,分析了前者的不足之处,并以山西国峰煤电2×300 MW电厂项目为例,指出火电工程造价管理工作中采用全生命周期造价管理的必要性和可行性。
Through comparing the different characteristics of whole process cost management mode and full life cycle cost management mode gen- erally used in current thermal power cost construction work, this paper analyzed the disadvantage of former, and taking the 2 × 300 MW power plant project of Shanxi Guofeng coal power, pointed out that the necessity and feasibility of using full life cycle cost management in thermal power engineering cost management.
