压煤村庄搬迁方案可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对村庄压煤的现象,从煤炭开采企业、村民和当地政府3方的利益得失角度进行分析,指出村庄搬迁项目的实施给其带来的利益、实施过程中可能遭遇的风险及对策,从利益角度分析,村庄搬迁项目对于各方都是有利可循的。最后得出压煤村庄搬迁全采方案具有可行性和可操作性的结论。 According to the phenomenon of the seams under the villages, an analysis was conducted on the benefit gain or loss of the three parties, including the coal mining enterprise, villagers and local government and the paper individually point- ed out the benefits from the village relocation project conducted and the risk and countermeasures occurred in the implement- ed process, in the consideration of the benefits, the village relocation project would be benefit to each party. The final conclusion showed that the relocation and full mining plan for the seam under the village would be feasible and operational.
