摘要
文章基于可持续发展的理念,建立了交通微循环的路网优化双层模型:上层为考虑支路改扩建和新建的混合网络设计问题,下层为符合UE准则的运量分布和平衡配流组合模型;提出遗传算法对模型进行求解。模型对交通微循环项目的实施建设有一定指导意义。
Based on the concept of sustainable development, this paper set up the bi-level modal of traffic microcirculation network optimization: the upper is hybrid network design problems of considering expanding and hybrid roads; the lower is the freight volume distribution and equilibrium assignment model portfolios. The research work has certain significance on the implementation of the microcirculation project construction.
