摘要
通过对高职院校绩效考核中普遍存在考核目的不明确、指标体系不科学、考核流程不合理等问题的分析,对高职院校教职工绩效考核方案进行再造,设计出上下结合、注重过程、重在改进的分类模块化考核方案,对高职院校绩效管理工作具有指导意义。
Through analyzing such problems existing in the performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges as the ambiguous purpose, the unscientific index system, the unreasonable procedure, etc., the performance appraisal case for staf of higher vocational colleges is reconstructed. In the reconstruction, the appraisal program is designed in the following three classified modules:combining leaders and staff, paying at ention to the process, and emphasizing the improvement, which guides the performance management of higher vocational colleges.
