摘要
针对CNG加气站脱水装置无法满足节能监测标准相关测试条件,通过对脱水装置工作原理、电加热器能量转换过程的分析,找到了一种新的加热器电能利用率测试途径,并给出了相关参数的测试方法,有效地解决了标准测试方法无法操作的难题。通过现场试验,该方法应用效果良好,对今后CNG加气站的节能监测工作有着重要的指导意义。
Because the dehydration unit in CNG station can not meet the requirements of energy-saving monitoring standard,a new testing principle for electric energy utilization rate of electric heater has been found,and the testing method for relevant parameter has been provided by analyzing the principle of dehydration unit and the energy conversion process of electric heater.This method is able to effectively solve the difficult problems that the traditional method can not operate.The results of field testing showed that the applied effects of the method are better.It is important to guide the work of energy-saving monitoring in CNG station in future.
