Preliminary Research on Introduction and Cultivation Adaptability of Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H.Chen in Xishuangbanna

摘要 为了研究三七在西双版纳引种适应性,对版纳和文山气候进行对比,设计不同海拔、不同遮阴度、不同土壤试验,观察三七出苗时间、出苗率、存苗率、物候期和结实情况。结果表明,西双版纳与文山气候特征相似;勐海1215 m海拔三七种子出苗率高达90.89%;80%遮阴度三七生长健康;沙壤土种植三七苗9月末仍有57.31%存苗率。文山三七苗2010年12月引种版纳,次年3月初出苗,3—4月进入地上生长期,6—7月孕蕾期,8月花期,9—11月果期,与三七在文山物候期相似。二年生三七能开花结果,结果率为19.27%,结实率为49.78%。通过研究得出,版纳地区可以引种三七,具体要求海拔不低于1200 m,遮阴度不低于80%,土壤类型为沙壤土。 The aim was to explore the introduction and cultivation adaptability of Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F. H.Chen in Xishuangbanna. The climate characteristics between Xishuangbanna and Wenshan were compared. Different elevations, shade degree treatments and soil texture types were designed for cultivating experiment of Panax notoginseng. Seedling emerged time, seedling emerged rate, survival number, phenology period and flowering and fruiting situation were observed. The result showed that Xishuangbanna and Wenshan had similar climate characteristics. The result showed that the elevation of 1215 m in Menghai had the highest seedling emergence rate, which was 90.89%. Panax notoginseng had a relatively healthy growth under 80% shade degree treatment; Panax notoginseng had a higher survival rate planted on the sand loam, there was still 57.31% plants left in the end of September. The seedlings were transplanted from Wenshan to Menghai of Xishuangbanna in December 2010, it got into seedling emergence stage in early March 2011, growing stage from late march to April, bud stage from June to July, flowering stage in August, fruiting stage from September to November, all of the results showed Panax notoginseng had a similar phenophase in the two district. The two years old plant had a reproductive capacity, the fruiting rate was 19.29%, and the seeding rate was 49.78%. It got a conclusion that Xishuangbanna had introduction and cultivation adaptability for Panax notoginseng. Specific requirements included as follows: the elevation was not below 1200 m, the shade degree was not lessthan 80%, and soil type was sandy loam.
