摘要
采用休闲态度量表测量农民工的休闲态度,对量表进行修订和信效度检验。结果显示:该量表具有很好的鉴别力,经过因子分析删除部分项目后,其信效度达到心理测量学要求。新生代农民工的休闲态度得分明显偏低,已婚农民工的休闲情感态度、休闲行为态度得分明显高于未婚农民工,不同文化程度农民工的休闲情感态度得分差异显著,经济收入较高的农民工休闲情感、休闲行为态度得分明显高于低收入者,感知社会地位下降农民工的休闲态度得分明显偏低。
The study measured the leisure attitude of migrant workers, trying to revise The Leisure Attitude Scale and test its reliability and validity. The results find that the scale, with a good discrimination, reaches the standard of psychometrics after deleting several items. On the whole, there is a relatively low score of leisure attitude for new generation of migrant workers. In addition, the scores of leisure affective attitude and behavioral attitude of married workers are significantly higher than those of unmarried. There is an obvious difference of leisure affective attitude among the workers with different educational backgrounds. Meanwhile, migrant workers with higher income have higher scores of leisure affective attitude and behavioral attitude while there is an obviously low score of leisure affective attitude for those who perceives their social status declining.
