摘要
目的了解深圳市罗湖区公共场所集中空调水系统中军团菌污染状况。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》附录A,随机抽取深圳市罗湖区32家各类公共场所,采集集中空调通风系统的冷却水、冷凝水,对其进行军团菌的分离培养,并通过生化鉴定和血清学试验进行确认和血清分型。结果 32家公共场所中有9家检出军团菌,检出率为28.1%;采集的81份水样中,有14份检出军团菌,检出率为17.3%;共检出16份军团菌,其中嗜肺军团菌有12株,占75%。结论罗湖区集中空调通风水系统中存在军团菌污染,应加强对公共场所集中空调的消毒和管理。
Objective To investigate the contamination status of Legionella in air conditioning systems of public places in Luohu District, Shenzhen. Methods According to "Sanitary Criterion for the Centralized Air Ventilation System in Public Places", water samples including cooling water and condensate water were randomly collected in 32 public places in Luohu Dis- trict, Shenzhen. Legionella strains were isolated and confirmed by biochemical and serological tests. Results Among 32 pub- lic places, Legionella was detected in 9 public places (9/32, 28.1% ). Of 81 water .samples, 17.3% (14/81) were found to be positive. Totally 16 isolated Legionella strains were detected among the water samples, in which LegioneUa pneumophila ac- counted for the largest proportion ( 12 isolates, 75 % ). Conclusions Air conditioning cooling water and condensing water are polluted by Legionella in Luohu District, and therefore it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection and management of air condi- tioning system.
