摘要
采用有限元ANSYS分析软件,对JJ225/43-K型钻机井架进行了自然状态下模态和8度罕遇地震振型谱分析,得出了井架的前10阶模态频率、相对应的主振型和地震影响参数,以及井架应力应变的最大单元。结果表明,该井架能够承受8度罕遇地震的破坏,结构设计合理。
In this paper, the finite element analysis software (ANSYS) was applied to do the model analysis for the JJ225/43-K drilling machine derrick under natural condition and the infrequent earthquake of 8 on the Richter scale vibration list separately. The preceding 10 steps modal frequencies, the corresponding vibration modes of the derrick and earthquake affecting parameters were gotten including biggest unit of ess-strain of derrick. The results showed that the derrick can bear the destroying of earthquake of 8 on the Richter scale, so the structure design of derrick is reasonable.
