摘要
目的分析并探讨缬沙坦和氨氯地平联合治疗对高血压患者血压的影响。方法将海军总医院自2010年11月至2012年11月期间收治的125例原发性高血压患者按随机数字表法分成3组,甲组41例,患者口服缬沙坦胶囊;乙组43例,患者口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片;丙组41例,患者口服缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片。每次随访时测量血压,在测完血压值后测定心率。结果本研究总计正常随访121例,失访4例,其中甲组失访1例,乙组失访2例,丙组失访1例。全部患者服药半年后收缩压与舒张压均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后收缩压比较,甲组与丙组、乙组与丙组差异均存在统计学意义(P=0.001,0.000),甲组与乙组差异无统计学意义(P=0.843);治疗后舒张压比较,甲组与丙组、乙组与丙组差异均有统计学意义(P=0.012,0.025),甲组与乙组差异无统计学意义(P=0.963)。不良反应:甲组40例中,头痛2例(5.00%),踝部水肿1例(2.50%);乙组41例中,乏力1例(2.44%),咳嗽1例(2.44%);丙组40例中,头痛1例(2.50%),咳嗽1例(2.50%)。结论缬沙坦和氨氯地平单独使用均可有效降低高血压患者的血压,但两种药物联合使用效果更佳。
Objective To analyze and evaluate valsartan and amlodipine on blood pressure in hyperten-sive patients. Methods During November 2010 and November 2012 form Navy General Hospital,125 eases of essential hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups ,41 cases in group A were treated with valsartan capsules; 43 cases in group B were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets; 41 cases in group C were treated with oral valsartan capsules combined with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets. Blood pressure and heart rate was measured at each visit. Results In this study,a total of 121 cases had normal fllow-up,4 eases lost follow-up,including 1 case in group A,2 eases in group B and 1 case in group C. Systolic and diastolie blood pressure of all patients after six months treatment were signific.antly decreased with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）;systolic pressure after treatment were statistically significantly diflhrent between group A and group C,group B and group C（ P = 0. 001,0. 000）, no significant difference between group A and gmup B （ P =0. 843 ） ; after treatment,diastolic blood pressure were statistically significantly dif[erent in group A and group C,group B and group C（ P =0. 012,0. 025 ）, no significant difference hetween group A and gruup B （ P = 0. 963 ）. Among the 40 cases in group A,there were 2 cases（ 5.00% ） of headache, 1 case （ 2.50% ） of ankle edema;among the 41 eases in group B,there was I case（2.44% ） of Ib.tigue, I case（2. 440% ） of cough ;among the 40 cases in gruup C,there was I （casc（ 2.50% ） of headache, 1 case（ 2.50% ） of cough. Conclusion Valsartan and amlodipine used alone can effeclively reduce the blood pressure,while the com-bination of the two drugs has better effects.
