摘要
粒度测量,特别是超细粉的粒度测量在粉体技术方面逐步引起人们的普遍重视。传统方法受到测量速度和精度的限制。文中提出了利用激光散射的原理测量粒度大小分布的原理和结构。重点讨论了单片机系统的软硬件设计。所研制的粒度分析仪具有便携,易操作,测量速度快,测量准确等优点。
The measure of particle, especially the measure of particle in exceed thin powder, It is arosed the universal recongnition on the technology of powdery object. The method of tradition has been limited by speed and precision of measure. This article put foreard the theory and structure of measuring particle with theory of laser dispersion. It emphases discuss the design of software and hardware of singlechip system. This laser particle sizer has portable, simple operate, high measure speed and high measure precision. It is wide used in the field of powdery object machining ect .
