摘要
按照系统整体论思想和企业价值链的观点,从资源和能力的视角剖析了柔性战略系统的构成要素,结合解释结构建模法与交叉影响矩阵相乘法,将柔性战略系统构造成一个多级递阶的结构模型,使各柔性要素间错综复杂的关系层次化、条理化,从而展现出柔性战略系统的内部逻辑关系结构;基于改进的Lotka-Volterra生态模型,考虑系统演化的时间延迟效应,建立了柔性战略系统协同演化差分方程模型,分析得出了维持系统协同演化的充分条件。理论分析和数值模拟结果表明:柔性要素的自适应能力、锁定与路径依赖效应、相互竞争关系强度、柔性关联度以及时滞效应均会对系统演化产生重要影响,为改善柔性战略系统的整体品质,需要采取影响多个调整参数的综合管理策略。
From viewpoint of holism and value chain, the elements of flexible strategic system is analyzed in terms of resources and capabilities, and the flexible strategic system is constructed as a multilevel hierarchical structural model. We apply interpretive structural modeling and cross-impact matrix multiplication, and make the complex relationships of elements hierarchical and methodical to show the logic structure of the flexible strategic system. From the revised Lotka-Volterra model, we consider the time delay effect of system evolution, and build a difference equation model of flexible strategic system co- evolution. The sufficient conditions for synergic evolvement of the system are obtained. Theoretieal derivation and numerical simulation illustrate that adaptation capability, effects of lock-in and path dependency, mutual eompetition intensity, flexible correlation of system elements and time-lag effect have major impact on system evolution. To improve the total quality of flexible strategic system, it is necessary to adjust the number of system parameters using comprehensive management strategy.
