环境宣传教育与新媒体互动关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着新媒体的出现和广泛应用,但是国内目前的环境宣传教育仍然还停留在传统媒体上,存在着一些较为普遍的问题,公众环境参与度和认同度均较低。本文根据新媒体的特征,提出了环境宣传教育与新媒体互动具体的对策和措施,促进环境宣传教育深入开展。具体对策措施包括:第一,充分认识新媒体的影响力;第二,善于利用新媒体,发挥新媒体的特殊性,化被动为主动;第三,环保人应正确面对新媒体;第四,发挥新媒体的作用,实现全民监管环境,推动环境难点问题的解决;第五,把新媒体成为环境宣传教育的主阵地,实现全民参与,全民环保的新格局。 The new media was emerged and wide applied. However environmental publicity and education which were in the domestic were still staid in tradition. There are some common problems in environmental publicity and education. The public environmental participation and identity were low. According to the characteristics of new media, it proposed the specific policies and measures of publicity and education in environment and the new media. It promoted environmental publicity and education to carry out. Here are the following policies and measures. First, fully recognize the influence of new media; Second, good at using new media, give play to the particularity of the new media, change passive to active; Third, the environmental protection should be right in the face of new media; Fourth, the role of new media, the realization of the regulatory environment, promote environmental difficult problem to solve; Fifth, the new media become the main base to environmental publicity and education, universal participation, the new pattern of national environmental protection.
