危险废物高温熔渣玻璃化技术在填埋减量中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 危险废物玻璃化技术已在发达国家推广应用,发达国家将其产品作为一般废物利用处置,且有完善的技术规范及鉴别体系。本文分析了危险废物高温熔渣玻璃化技术工艺、高温熔渣玻璃化的影响因素,介绍了国内外危险废物焚烧残渣玻璃经技术减少填埋量的应用实例,并提出我国可进一步研究技术参数、鼓励建设设施及完善玻璃态残渣的危险特性鉴别体系等措施,推动我国通过危险废物焚烧残渣玻璃化技术实现填埋减量。 Vitrification as a promising technology is widely used in developed countries to dispose hazardous waste. The product of vitrification was deemed as general waste and there were sophisticated technical specifications and identification systems for hazardous waste vitrification in developed countries. This study analyzed the processes of vitrifiction and their influencing factors, and introduced the cases of applying this technology to reduce the need for landfill disposal. In order to ease the landfill pressure, the application of the 3vitrification should be promote by the methods of researching the technical parameters, encouraging the construction of facilities and improving identification system of hazardous characteristics for the product of vitrification.
