摘要
细颗粒物是影响我国大气环境质量的首要污染物,本文根据细颗粒物来源、构成特征以及对环境和人体健康的影响,提出控制细颗粒物污染的以下行动建议:首先要控制燃煤排放的一次污染物,其次控制挥发性有机物,最后控制机动车尾气排放。
Fine paniculate matter is the impact of atmospheric environmental quality primary pollutant, based on the source of fine particulate matter, constitute characteristics and environmental and human health impacts, put forward several recommendations for action in order to controlling fine particulate matter pollution.
