摘要
针对惯性平台动态漂移测试人工操作误差大、自动化程度低的问题,设计基于新型半导体位置敏感探测器的平台动态漂移自动化测试系统;针对传统定时测角法测试误差大、精度低的问题,提出了一种新的角速度测量方法,该方法以一段时间内采集的角度数据为基础,进行滤波处理和数据拟合,最终得到漂移角速度;试验表明,该测试方法能够达到较高的测量精度,测量误差在0.3″/s内,故在不增加成本,不改变设备复杂度的情况下,满足了平台动态漂移的测试要求。
Based on Position Sensitive Detector (PSD), an automatic drift--tester of inertia platform is developed to solve the problem of great manual operation error and low degree of automation. For the traditional angle detection with the low accuracy and bigger error, a new measuring method is presented. This new method is based on angle data of period of time to get the dynamic drift with liner approximation and filtering. The results show that this new method is of high degree of accuracy. At the same time, it meets the requirement of 0.3″/s of the drift--tester without increasing the complexity of hardware by the method.
