摘要
随着云计算技术的迅猛发展,云计算在知识产权信息管理、传播和服务方面的应用也得到了高度的重视。通过分析云计算应用于知识产权信息管理的发展背景,研究美国专利商标局和韩国知识产权局运用云计算于知识产权信息管理的模式,探讨我国知识产权信息管理中应用云计算的对策,为知识产权信息管理优化和专利审查流程改进提供参考和借鉴。
With the rapid development of cloud computing, hgh attention has being paid to the application of cloud computing in intellectual property reformation management, broadcasting and service. The background of cloud computing applied in the intellectual property information management is analyzed in this paper. The modes of United States Patent and Trademark Office and Korean Intellectual Property Office utilizing cloud computing in intellectual property information management are also studied. Countermeasures about the application of cloud computing in Chinese intellectual property information management are put forward. It may be referenced for the optimization of intellectual property information management and the improvement of patent examination process.
