摘要
建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业,为推动国民经济增长和社会全面发展发挥了重要作用。新型城镇化战略的科学定位,不仅为城镇化水平偏低的江西带来了发展的新动力,而且为江西建筑业加速发展提供了难得的新机遇。新型城镇化的新内涵,要求我国建筑业必须从产业形态、生产方式以及科技创新等方面实现系统化再造,向现代建筑产业转型。江西建筑业必须抢抓机遇,从规划统筹、创新建设开发模式、打造总部经济和特色产业园区、加强人才队伍建设等方面,加快转型发展步伐。
The construction industry, as a pillar industry of national economy, plays an important role in promoting the growth of the national economy and social development. The scientific orientation of the new urbanization strategy has not only brought a new impetus with the development of Jiangxi whose urbanization level is rather low, but also provided a new opportunity to accelerate the development of Jiangxi construction industry. The new connotation of new urbanization requests that China＇ s construction industry should realize the systematic reconstruction in industrial form, production mode and scientific and technological innovation, and the transition to the modem construction industry. Jiangxi construction industry must seize the opportunity, implement the overall planning, renew development modes, develop headquarters economy and characteristic industry parks, and strengthen talent team construction as to accelerate the pace of development transformation.
