白洋淀草型与藻型湖泊沉水植物群落结构差异及影响因素 被引量:15

Difference in Community Structure of Submerged Macrophytes and Related Influence Factors between Macrophytic and Algal Regions of Baiyangdian Lake

摘要 以白洋淀草型湖泊、过渡型湖泊和藻型湖泊为研究对象,研究各类型湖泊区的沉水植物物种数、生物量和物种多样性,分析水体理化因子对分区内沉水植物群落结构的影响。结果表明,草型湖泊与藻型湖泊的沉水植物群落结构存在显著差异,草型湖泊沉水植物的平均物种数、生物量、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson指数和Pielou均匀度指数分别为3.33种、66.53 kg/m2、0.53、0.29和0.47,都明显大于藻型湖泊(1种、36.06 kg/m2、0、0和0)。草型湖泊与藻型湖泊的水体理化指标(总磷含量除外)差异不明显。水体总磷含量分别与沉水植物的物种数、生物量和物种多样性指数显著负相关,水体叶绿素a含量与沉水植物生物量显著负相关。水体总磷含量和浮游植物生物量是影响沉水植物分布和群落结构差异的最重要的两个因素。在轻度和中度富营养化水体中,沉水植物群落的多样性较高,而在重度富营养化水体中则相反。 Baiyangdian Lake was divided into macrophytic region, transition region and algal region to investi- gate the species numbers, biomass and species diversity of submerged macrophytes and the effect of water physical and chemical properties on community structure of submerged macrophytes was discussed in the pa- per. The results showed that the community structure of submerged macrophytes in macrophytic region was significantly different from that in algal region in Baiyangdian Lake. Species numbers, biomass, Shannon-Wie- ner index, Simpson index, Pielou index were 3.33, 66.53 kg/m2, 0.53, 0.29 and 0.47 in macrophytic region, while they were only 1.00, 36.06 kg/m2, 0, 0 and 0 in algal region respectively. Physical and chemical proper- ties of water did not show significant diffence between macrophytic and algal regions of Baiyangdian Lake apart from total phosphorus. There was significantly negative correlation between species numbers, abun- dance, biomass of submerged macrophytes and total phosphorus content. There was significantly negative cor- relation between biomass of submerged macrophytes and chlorophyll-a. This study showed that contents of to- tal phosphorus and chlorophyll-a were the key factors affecting distribution and community structure of sub- merged macrophytes. Community structure diversity of submerged macrophytes in low and middle eutrophica- tion water was higher than that in hypereutrophication water in Baiyangdian Lake.
