摘要
在信息经济和服务经济的时代,图书馆必须引进新的经营管理思想,制定长远的发展战略,以增强自身的竞争能力。服务战略作为一种竞争策略,是图书馆的最佳选择。但是,服务战略的实施涉及图书馆各方面的调整和完善,因此是一个系统工程。可以说,它既是一个严谨的操作过程,又是一个理性和灵感并存的创造过程。
Under the environment of information economics and service economics, libraries must adopt new management idea and draw up long-term developing strategy in order to strengthen their own competence. The service strategy as a competitive strategy is the best choice to libraries. However, the implementation of service strategy is a systematic engineering, involving libraries adjustment and improvement in all aspects. It is not only a strict operating process, but also a creative process of both rationalism and inspiration.
