摘要
图书馆联盟中隐性知识流动创造的价值要比显性知识流动更高。但由于隐性知识识别难度较大,其流动性受到多种因素影响,流动效果十分有限。图书馆联盟隐性知识流动性主要受到两个重要因素影响,即联盟吸收能力和社会资本。通过分析图书馆联盟社会资本、吸收能力和隐性知识流动的关系,并建立理论模型,可以为促进图书馆联盟隐性知识流动提供有效途径。
Tacit knowledge flows will creat more value than explicit knowledge, but because tacit knowledge is hard to codified, its flow effects are hindered by various factors. Absorptive capacity and social capital are the two key factors to influence tacit knowledge flows in library consortia. We can find an effective way to promote tacit knowledge flows through building theoretical model based on the relations of absorptive capacity, social capital and tacit knowledge flows.
