摘要
自源头到消费者,数字内容产业价值链必须经历文化内容创造、数字内容产品制作与数字内容产品营销三个核心环节,产品价值才得以实现。文化资源、人才、技术、信息基础设施、产业政策及运营模式等是影响数字内容产业价值链3个关键环节的主要因素。要提升数字内容产业价值链,必须从政府层面的政策、产业层面的布局与园区建设、企业层面的创新3个方面入手。
Cultural content creation, digitization production, and product marketing are the three core links in the value chain of the digital content industry. Cultural resources, human resources, technology, the information infrastructure, industrial policy and the operational models are major factors impacting the three key links. In order to achieve the relevant value chain upgrade, government policy, dedicated area planning and construction, as well as innovation within the particular firm are the three areas that can serve as points of departure.
