补气化痰方对心肌梗死模型大鼠心功能及血管新生的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Buqi Huatan Prescription(补气化痰方) on Heart Function and Angiogenesis in Rats Model of Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的观察补气化痰方对心肌梗死模型大鼠心功能及血管新生的影响。方法采用60只正雄性SD大鼠,随机分为治疗组(黄芪瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组),中药对照组(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组),西药对照组(科素亚组),模型组,正常组,每组12只SD大鼠,结扎前降支建立心肌梗死模型,干预28 d,观察比较各组大鼠的生存率,48 h、28 d心脏超声EF,28 d心肌CD31表达,肝肾功能的变化。结果 28 d内各组大鼠生存率差异无统计学意义,28 d治疗组大鼠心脏超声EF较其他各组大鼠EF下降缓慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并在免疫组化中结果显示治疗组CD31表达较各对照组及模型组较高,差异有统计学意义,各组肝肾功能未见明显差异。结论补气化痰方能有效提高心肌梗死大鼠心脏EF值,其可能的机制是促进梗死后血管新生从而改善心脏功能。 Objective Observation of effect of BuQiHuatan fang on rat model of myocardial infarction heart function and angiogenesis. Methods The 60 are male SD rats, were randomly divided into the treatment group (Astragalus Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang Group), Chinese medicine control group ( Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang Group), the control group of Western Medicine (treatment group),normal group,model group, 12 rats in each group SD rats by ligation of the anterior descending branch, establishment of myocardial infarction model, intervention for 28 days, were recorded in rats survival rate, 48 hours, 28 days of cardiac ultrasound EF,28 days of CD31 expression in muscle,liver and kidney function.Results 28 days sur- vival rate did not differ between rats. 28 days in the treatment of rats cardiac ultrasound EF than other groups of rat EF slow decline, there was a statistically significant difference between. And in the immunohistochemical results showed CD31 expression in treatment group than the control group and the model group were higher, there was a statistically significant difference between. There is no significant difference between the groups of liver and kidney function. Conclusion can effectively improve myocardial infarction rat EF value, the mechanism is likely to promote infarction angiogenesis thereby improving improve heart function.
