渗液性心包炎患者血浆和心包积液C型利钠肽的含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨CNP在渗液性心包炎发病机制中的作用。方法 :用放射免疫分析测定渗液性心包炎患者的心包积液和血浆中CNP的含量 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 :渗液性心包炎患者心包液中的CNP含量明显高于患者自身血浆中的含量(14倍以上) ,也明显高于正常对照组的含量(14倍以上) ,患者自身血浆中的CNP含量与正常对照组比较无明显差异。结论 :渗液性心包炎时心肌细胞合成和分泌CNP量增加 ,CNP参与对冠脉血管舒张 ,增加血流量 。 Objective To detect the role played by C-type mechanism peptide (CNP) in the mechanism of development of exudative pericarditis. Methods Plasma CNP levels were measued in 30 normal subjects and in 31 cases of exudative pericarditis by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma CNP levels in the patients with exudative pericarditis were about the same as those in normal subjects (P>0.05). The CNP concentration in pericardial effusion were over 14 times high or than those in plasma of the normal subjects (P<0.01) and the patients (P<0.01). Conclusion CNP synthesis and secretion were greatly enhanced by myocardium cells in the patients which could contribute to coronary vessels dilatation and maintaince of oxygen supply thus serving a compensatory mechanism.
