摘要
建立了载荷为随机变量时滚动轴承可靠寿命的计算公式。推导出载荷服从正态和对数正态分布时的相应公式。当载荷服从对数正态分布时,滚动轴承的可靠寿命具有解析式。计算结果表明,当载荷的变异系数C_p≤0.15时,两种分布计算结果的相对误差d≤1.850%,且对数正态分布的计算结果偏于保守。本文给出的公式也适用于滚动轴承的选择计算。
A calculating formula is derived for the reliable life of rolling bearings under a load as random variable,as well as the formula for the load obeying normal and logarthmic normal distributions.If obeying logarithmic normal distribution, the reliable life of rolling bearings presents in an analytic form. The computing results show that the relative error between the two different distributions, 6, is less than or equal to 1.850% if the variable coefficient of load Cp≤0.15, and the results for logarithmic normal distribution presents rather conservative. The formulae developed are also suited for the selecting calculation of rolling bearings.
