摘要 介绍了压汞法测试耐火材料孔径及孔径分布的理论模型和基本原理。以美国麦克仪器公司生产的AutoPoreⅣ9500系列压汞仪为例,介绍了压汞法测试材料孔径分布的操作步骤,总结了压汞法测量结果的影响因素及提高测量精度的途径。通过对比同一试样不同取样部位和不同取样数量测得的试验结果证明,同一试样进行多次测量对于提高测量精度是非常必要的。 Theoretical model and basic principle of mercury intrusion method for refractory pore structure measurement were introduced. Taking automatic mercury porosimeter AutoPore Ⅳ 9500 which was produced by American micromeritics for example, operation procedure of mercury intrusion method for refractory pore structure measurement was introduced, influencing factors of measurement result by mercury intrusion method were summarized, some ways of improving the measurement accuracy were also suggested. Experimental datas of different parts of the same sample and different amount of the same sample were compared, it was showed that repetitive measurements of the same sample were essential for improving the measurement accuracy.
