用光学仪器组装与检测阵面雷达天线的研究

摘要 裂缝波导阵面雷达天线组装与检测是雷达工艺中的关键技术之一,其组装与检测精度直接影响到雷达天线的电气性能指标。针对某双脊裂缝波导阵面雷达天线的组装与检测工艺开展研究与分析,天线在垂直工位状态下,采用光学测量仪器等组成非接触式三坐标测量系统进行组装与在线检测,检测结果表明天线型面误差能实现均方根σ=0.28 mm的先进水平,该组装与检测技术具精度高、效率高、成本低和实用性好等特点。 The assembly and inspection of slotted waveguide array radar antenna is one of the key technologies in radar production. The accuracy directly affects the electrical performance of the radar antenna. Analyze the assembly and detection process of a double-slotted waveguide array radar antenna. Non-touched 3-coordinate measurements system composed by optical measuring instruments makes assembly and on-line inspection During vertical operation mode. The error of antenna planeness can reaches o--- 0.28 mm with the methods. These assembly and inspection methods have advantages of high precision and efficiency, low cost and good versatility etc.
