摘要
国家图书馆竞争情报服务是对国家图书馆信息服务的深化和拓展,是国家图书馆信息服务的一种形式。根据国家图书馆竞争情报服务SWOT矩阵分析,国家图书馆开展竞争情报服务工作应抓住机遇,取长补短,趋利避害,选择SO战略,保持在市场竞争中的优势,推动国家图书馆竞争情报服务工作的繁荣发展。表1。参考文献3。
Competitive intelligence services make the information services of the National Library of China （NLC） deepen and expanded. It is a form of information services in the NLC. According to the SWOT matrix analysis of the competitive intelligence service in the NLC, this paper proposes that the competitive intelligence service of the NLC should seize opportunities, learn from others, avoid disadvantages, select SO strategies, maintain competition advantage in the market, and promote the competitive intelligence service of the NLC prosperity and development.
